I was proud to have spent over 20 years being recognized as one of the nation's foremost authorities on  credit repair and credit restoration. Since my departure from the retail consumer credit and credit repair spaces, wherein I helped thousands of people regain control of their financial futures by correcting or deleting inaccurate and incomplete information from their credit reports with each of the major credit bureaus, I've shifted my focus to my true passions, consumer advocacy and consumer protection services.

My most recent project has centered around stopping the annoying, illegal robocalls that many of us get to our phones. As a part of my "Turning Robocalls Into Cash" project, I've appeared on hundreds of television and radio programs, and in dozens of online and print media stories around the country.
